The objective of this course is to enable the delegates to understand the basic principles of colour theory. Economically manage the preparation of colour and alter, if necessary, a colour formula to achieve an acceptable colour match.

This course covers all requirements to maintain vehicle paint warranty and high quality appearance. The objective of this course is to educate the delegate in the Glasurit RATIO Painting systems. The focus will be on substrate preparation, Glasurit systems application techniques & OEM coating processes necessary to fulfil the high expectations of the vehicle manufacturers and owners. This is a warranty training course, suiting warranty repairers currently using Glasurit.

This course covers all aspects of painting systems Ratio-HS (direct gloss) and RATIO-CLASSIC (clear over base). The objective of this course is to educate the delegate in the time and material saved when using the Glasurit Painting systems. Up to the minute refinish technologies such as HVLP training, dry sanding, polishing systems, infra-red curing and fast masking will be focused on. Particular attention will be paid to problem solving during this course.

This course covers all aspects of the Glasurit RATIO-SPOT REPAIR paint system, focusing on the repair of minor damage. The objective of this course is to educate the delegate in damage assessment, features and benefits, basic trouble shooting and application procedures associated with this new evolutionary system.Once successfully completing this course, the delegate becomes a ‘Certified Spot Repairer’ and is equipped with a case containing two top quality Spot Repair guns, Spot Repair Manual & 500ml Spot Blender.

Delegate Profile:
As RATIO-SPOT REPAIR constitutes a technical challenge, the delegate should be a high level tradesman with five years two pack experience.
